The farm is a nature lovers dream with an abundance of large bushveld trees and good grass coverage consisting of both sweet and sour grasses. The topography is flat to flowing with approximately 40% of the farm being mountainous but still accessible through proper maintained roads.

The property is being supplied with power by Eskom and four boreholes has been developed of which only one is fitted and delivers 20 000Lt/h. Also, three natural earth dams, one of which is quite large. All dams are being fed through springs and rain but the large dam can also receive water from the borehole. There are a further two concrete reservoirs and six water troughs spread around the property. 5 Bow-hides has also been developed near watering points.

Game appear in ample numbers and include Giraffe, Blue Wildebeest, Sable, Kudu, Impala, Zebra, Gemsbuck, Njala, Mountain Reedbuck, Klipspringer, Duiker and Steenbok. Also, Warthog, Bushpig, Brown Hyena, Leopard and other smaller predators as well as Baboons and Vervet Monkeys.
