The property is being supplied with power by Eskom and four boreholes has been developed of which only one is fitted and delivers 20 000Lt/h. Also, three natural earth dams, one of which is quite large. All dams are being fed through springs and rain but the large dam can also receive water from the borehole. Game appear in ample numbers and include Giraffe, Blue Wildebeest, Sable, Kudu, Impala, Zebra, Gemsbuck, Njala, Mountain Reedbuck, Klipspringer, Duiker and Steenbok. Also, Warthog, Bushpig, Brown Hyena, Leopard and other smaller predators as well as Baboons and Vervet Monkeys.
