This totally off-grid property offers a main lodge and two separate hunting lodges/camps. The farm is situated in close proximity to Koedoeskop in the Thabazimbi area with comfortable access direct from a tarred road and is offered Lock, stock and barrel. The main lodge is being utilized as a fully catered lodge and consist of a recreation/dining/lounge area, fully equipped industrial kitchen, awesome patio with bar boasting a lovely view over a watering point, natural stream and a soil dam, 2 comfortable en-suite chalets and 4 luxury, en-suite safari tent chalets, additional and separate ablution facilities and a swimming pool. All walkways between the main area and chalets are expertly done with stone which enhances the natural ambience of the lodge, complimented by a braai-boma and fire pit. A back-up generator supply power to the whole farm and all lodges/hunting camps if need be. This main lodge offers Wi-Fi access as well.

The first self-catering hunting camp offers 4 luxury safari tent chalets each with their own patio, a communal kitchen, ablution facilities, bar and boma area. The second hunting camp include six bedrooms, kitchen, bar and boma area. 

A new two-bedroomed house with a braai-boma and an awesome view over a watering point and the farm. Is being utilized as the owner’s house. In close proximity to the main lodge also a two bedroomed farm manager’s house.

Further improvements consist of an 800m, very neat landing strip, excellent Bow-hides fitted with trail-cams, sheds and store-rooms and well-planned slaughtering, meat processing and cooling facilities. Water to the farm, apart from the soil dams, are sourced through three strong boreholes which are all inter-connected, even with the soil dams. The property is game fenced and ample well-constructed and maintained roads lends access to all corners of the farm. The habitat is typical Mixed Bushveld boasting numerous large trees with virtually no encroachment by unwanted species such as Sickle Bush and the topography is flat to flowing to comfortable accessible mountainous areas. 

Game includes a Buffalo herd, Sable Antelope, Blue Wildebeest, Zebra, Giraffe, Eland, Njala, Kudu, Impala, Warthog and smaller predators. Game numbers will be made available to serious and qualified parties. All contents of the lodge and hunting camps as well as other loose assets such as a Game-viewing vehicle, farm LDV, tractor, fire-fighting equipment and all other implements necessary for the proper upkeep of the property is included in the price.
