Game include buffalo, eland, Waterbuck, Blue Wildebeest, Kudu, Njala, Impala, Blesbuck, Zebra, Giraffe, Mountain Reedbuck, Steenbok, Duiker, Klipspringer, Warthog, Bushpig, Baboon, monkeys, Leopard, Brown Hyena and smaller predators. Game numbers will be made available to qualified buyers.
Loose assets included in the price consist of all contents of the accommodation facilities and lodge except the contents of the guest/main house, Lister Generator, Land Cruiser Game Viewer, Case TLB, Fiat 980 Tractor, Tipper Trailer, Firefighters, Slasher and 2-shear plow.
The property is registered as a VAT-vendor, thus the price excludes VAT. A ZERO-rated transaction might be possible on condition that the buyer is also a VAT-vendor.
