This property boasts two separate lodges and a hunter’s camp. It is an excellent bow, trophy hunting and eco-tourism farm offering a wide variety of good quality game animals in ample numbers. The topography of the farm consists of approximately 60% undulating to mountainous areas with the remaining being flat, offering ample opportunities for outdoor and eco activities such as hiking, mountain biking, abseiling, game viewing offering a wide diversity in game and birdlife.

The luxurious main lodge consists of several en-suite bedrooms which can accommodate up to 28 guests, entertainment area with barbeque and bar, fully equipped kitchen, swimming pool, car ports, slaughtering- and cooling facilities, storeroom and in close proximity the staff quarters with own ablution, kitchen, boma, five-bedroom managers residence with three bathrooms, conference facilities and laundry.

The second lodge in another location features a large thatch-roofed recreation area, kitchen, several rooms, shared ablution facilities, three en-suite chalets, lookout, splash pool, braai boma and its own slaughtering- and cooling facilities. This lodge can also accommodate up to 20 guests.

The Third is a hunting camp includes three en-suite bedrooms, a lookout, braai boma, kitchen and two glamping areas each with its own ablution and open-air bathroom.

Each lodge as well as the hunting camp has its own fitted borehole supplying water to all improvements as well as drinking water for game. Power to the farm and improvements is being supplied through three-phase Eskom transformers. Access to the farm is by remote controlled gate and the farm is fenced with proper game fencing according to Nature conservation standards. There are six towers on the highest location of the farm generating a rental income of about R15 000 per month at present. Further improvements include four bowhunting hides, loading ramp, proper, well-maintained roads and a dedicated shooting range.

The following game species occur namely:- Impala including black and saddleback impala, Blue- and golden wildebeest, Giraffe, Livingstone’s Eland, Kudu, Sable- and Roan Antelope, Waterbuck, Burchell’s Zebra, Njala, Mountain Reedbuck, Brown Hyena, Warthog, Klipspringer and other small game and smaller predators as well as Leopard. Estimated numbers will be made available to qualified buyers. Game viewer, hunting vehicle, tractor and other implements can be negotiated outside of the asking price, but all loose assets in the lodges are included in the price accept some items of personal and sentimental value.
